Best Life in Paradise — Nyepi (Balinese New Year) Retreat
Are you running on empty?
If you are a busy city dweller who has been pushing through life on autopilot, this retreat was built for exactly that moment. Moreover, it was designed for people navigating transitions, those exhausted from daily living who are ready, finally, for a real reset. In fact, you do not need to arrive knowing what you want to let go of. The retreat will show you.
This retreat is different.
Most retreats offer rest. Specifically, this one offers release. Furthermore, Best Life in Paradise flows with one of the most powerful natural rhythms on the planet: Nyepi, the Balinese New Year, a day when the entire island of Bali falls completely silent. Moreover, the retreat structures your week around this ancient tradition of letting go, cleansing, and beginning again. As a result, you return home not just rested, but genuinely renewed.
What this week holds.
The week moves through six days of intentional release. Furthermore, you will experience daily yoga, breathwork, and forest bathing alongside deeply Balinese cultural immersions. In addition, a demon procession and fire ceremony mark the eve of Nyepi, a full day of silence and reflection follows on the day itself, and a water cleanse at a 1,000-year-old temple deep in the rainforest rounds out the journey. Therefore, by the time you set your intentions for the new beginning, the old weight has already started to lift.
Where you will be.
Spend five nights at BeingSattvaa, an award winning retreat centre in the heart of Ubud, Bali. Not only do sixteen Balinese garden villas sit within lush, peaceful grounds, but the setting also provides the ideal conditions for deep cultural immersion and inner work. Moreover, a daily rhythm of forest bathing, yoga, and outdoor activities keeps you moving between stillness and discovery throughout the week.
Nourishment throughout.
Meals are freshly prepared, plant based, and sugar free, designed on the principle of clean cooking and farm to table sourcing. Furthermore, each meal nourishes your body from the inside out. As a result, you leave not just lighter in spirit but also energised in body.
This is your invitation to begin again. Therefore, if you are ready to let go of everything that has built up and return home renewed, this retreat is for you. Moreover, with only 12 participants, your experience will be personal and deeply held. Super early bird pricing is available, book before 31 October 2026 to save USD $200. Retreat Schedule
Your week at BeingSattvaa is thoughtfully structured so that each day builds on the one before. Moreover, rather than filling every hour, the schedule gives you space to actually absorb what you are moving through. Therefore, by the final day, the practices feel less like a programme and more like a rhythm you already know. In addition, the day by day schedule will be shared with you on arrival, so you can surrender fully without needing to plan anything. Furthermore, this schedule is indicative and will vary by day.
