Light On Life: Spring Sensations Retreat
This spring, step into a season of awakening. Over five days, we invite you to explore themes of renewal, growth, and aliveness for the body and mind.
Through gentle mindfulness practices in sitting, walking, standing, and lying down, you will cultivate embodied awareness. The days will include reflections, contemplations, and journaling to support inner discovery, balanced with intentional moments of silence and stillness to deepen presence.
You will be nourished by wholesome, home-cooked vegetarian meals and invited to practice mindful eating. Experience the calming art of tea appreciation, take a screen sabbatical, and reconnect with nature through mindful walks through lush gardens. Through writing, poetry, and reflective dialogue, you will explore authentic expression and engage in heartfelt conversations with the teacher and fellow participants to integrate your insights.
Why Spring?
Spring is a return to life, energy, and colour. We will contemplate:
- Renewal and Rebirth
- Growth and Intention
- Nurturing and Care
- Joy and Wonder
- Energy and Presence
