Reset in Paradise — Total Immersion & Essential Reset

Are you carrying more than you realise?

Feeling weighed down, mentally drained, and caught in old patterns? If so, then this retreat was built for exactly that. In fact, it was designed for people who know that the most powerful thing they can do right now is stop. Moreover, it was created specifically for those who have tried everything else and still feel the heaviness returning.

Why most resets don’t last

Most resets only touch the surface. Consequently, the old heaviness creeps back within a week of getting home. In particular, Yogic philosophy describes five layers: your body, your energy, your emotions, your mind, and your deepest joy. Moreover, a reset that only addresses one layer will never fully hold.

What makes this different

Specifically, Reset in Paradise moves through all five layers, one at a time. Therefore, what shifts in you actually holds once you are home. In addition to daily yoga and breathwork, you will also experience silence, meditation, karma cleansing, and deep rest guided by three expert facilitators.

Two ways to join

Reset in Paradise offers two options so that you can choose the depth of immersion that suits your life right now. Specifically, the Total Immersion runs for seven days from 25 November to 1 December 2026, moving through all five layers with the full programme. Furthermore, the Essential Reset runs for five days from 25 to 29 November 2026, covering the core practices and giving you a focused, powerful reset in less time. As a result, both options take place at BeingSattvaa in Ubud, with the same three expert facilitators guiding you throughout.

Where you will be

Specifically, spend your days at BeingSattvaa, an award winning retreat centre in the heart of Ubud, Bali. Not only do sixteen Balinese garden villas sit within lush, peaceful grounds, but the setting also provides the ideal conditions for deep inner work. In addition, a refreshing daily routine takes you through sunrise yoga, forest bathing, spa therapies, and treks to hidden temples, waterfalls, and villages. Moreover, every day is designed to move you gently deeper into rest and restoration.

Nourishment throughout

Additionally, meals are freshly prepared, plant based, and sugar free, designed under the supervision of Renuka. Furthermore, each meal supports your body from the inside out. As a result, you leave restored and equipped with a personalised practice to take home.

This is the annual pause that truly resets you. Therefore, if you have been waiting for the right moment, this is it. Moreover, with only ten participants, your experience will be personal and deeply supported. Limited seats available. Ready to join? Schedule a 1:1 with Subba to learn more.

The Journey Ahead

Retreat Schedule

Your week at BeingSattvaa is thoughtfully structured so that each day builds on the one before. Moreover, rather than filling every hour, the schedule gives you space to actually absorb what you are moving through. Therefore, by the final day, the practices feel less like a programme and more like a rhythm you already know. In addition, the day by day flow will be shared with you on arrival, so you can surrender fully without needing to plan anything. Furthermore, both the Total Immersion and the Essential Reset follow the same rhythm for the first five days, with the Total Immersion continuing into two additional days of integration and closing.
