RITIRO in PARADISO

Immerse yourself in the sacred beauty of Luang Prabang, where nature, ancient wisdom, and mindful practices meet in perfect harmony.

This 8-day retreat is a journey of regeneration for body, mind, and energy — blending mindfulness, meditation, yin yoga, and sound healing on the peaceful banks of the Namkhan River.

Each day, participants will gently awaken their bodies with yin yoga and mobility practices, nourish themselves with organic farm-to-table food, and deepen their inner peace through guided meditations and teachings inspired by Buddhist psycho-philosophy.

Surrounded by temples, waterfalls, and lush rice fields, guests will reconnect with their natural rhythm, far away from the noise of daily life.

This is more than a retreat: it’s an invitation to slow down, to listen deeply, and to rediscover the joy of simply being.

Grazia Pallagrosi

Grazia Pallagrosi

Grazia Pallagrosi is a mindfulness teacher, sound healer, and author with over 30 years of experience exploring the meeting point between spirituality, philosophy, science, and human experience.

Her approach is secular yet deeply rooted in the Buddhist tradition, combining ancient wisdom with modern understanding, simplicity of practice with the depth of inner transformation. She guides individuals and groups on paths of awareness, serenity, and harmony, weaving together meditation, sound, and mindful presence.

She has received key teachings and initiations from renowned masters, including Thich Nhat Hanh and His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.

A certified mindfulness instructor (AISCON), Reiki Master, and Reconnective Healing Practitioner, Grazia integrates energy work with sound healing, using gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, and harmonic instruments to support emotional release and deep nervous system regulation.

She is also the author of the bestselling book “Meditazione facile per umani indaffarati” and has created several popular mindfulness podcast series in collaboration with major Italian media outlets.
