Villa Las Perseidas is a private villa designed to host meaningful experiences and group retreats in a peaceful and authentic setting in Lanzarote. We collaborate with retreat leaders and sports professionals who wish to offer their clients more than accommodation: a flexible space where experiences truly come to life.

The property is distributed over two floors and accommodates up to 10 guests, offering comfort, privacy, and versatile spaces for rest, connection, and activities. Minimum stay is 5 nights. Rates vary according to season and number of guests. July, August, and the Christmas period are considered high season

Retreat organisers are free to set their own final price for participants, including accommodation, activities, meals, transport, and their professional margin.

A spacious indoor area that can be easily converted into an indoor studio by moving sofas and tables towards the walls, suitable for workshops, talks or indoor practice sessions.
